Not always the smarter choice to have a caller tune on your phone that sucks RM3 every month. Therefore last week I decided to terminat the service. I tried to scour the Digi website for information but surprise...surprise, it seems they will wax lyrical about how to get a caller tunes but mums the word on how to actually get off it.
However I tried to stop it using the "SMS STOP" thing, "STOP" didn't work but it gave me a list of other keyword that can be use and I'm off the blassted thing. Pretty simple actually. Just type "CT OFF" without the quotation mark and send it to 2000. It will remove the caller tune subcription immediately.

Someone update the process to this.. (thank you anynomous)
You send CT OFF to 20000 you get a reply
from 2000310001 saying your content list....title of song followed by a
number. This is the content ID.
You are supposed to send CT STOP followed by space content ID back to 20000, then it's ok.
e.g:
Received: RM0.00. Your content ID list:
1.Break The Rules..-1803286
To unsubscribe, send CT STOP to 20000.
Replied to 20000:
