The words I highlighted ' Don't need to exercise'. I know you can certainly lose weight by cutting on your eating and counting you calories intake. But its like cleaning a car exterior without cleaning the engine. Have you ever heard of skinny people with high calorie, becoming victim or heart attact and all other diseases. The reason, being skinny doesn't mean you are healthy. It only means you can buy smaller clothes. Of course being overweight means you are more prone to fall victim to illness, but skinny exterior is not going to help if your blood vessels are congested.
One of the most effective way of loosing weight is by burning all those calories and fats away. Sitting around practising bowel exercise is not going to help you build more muscles and melts all those extra fat in your body.
Here is the trick, when you have muscles you burn more calories, therefore the food you eat get burns faster and doesn't get turn into fat. Exercising is the most and I must say the only way to build your mucles. Exercising also helps you cope with stress and sweating your calories away remove toxin from your body naturally. Not to mention you will get a more firmer, leaner and definitely more attractive body and it will be harder for you to return to your old size.

As addition did you know that exercising helps you maintain you memory. Research had found that exercise helps improve memory for older people. So move it!

that's remind me that i've not been exercising for a long time... maybe i should start one ASAP...
i'm the kind of person get-skinny-without-exercise... hehe... which pissed Zainal so much... he forbidden me to buy any slimming product and drag me to jog... tp btul la ape you wrote, skinny but not healthy pun buat ape kan...
Yes that's right. Being skinny isn't the mission but being healthy is.
Go jog, or take the stairs (or start brisk walking window shopping for more fun)
