I posted an entry about Pilates a few weeks ago (regarding the whole Yoga shenanigans). I have a Pilates workout that I like and it works to tone up your stomach musle. (better that sit-ups) and it is simple to do. So I thought about sharing it with everyone out there who is thinking about losing that belly fat after Christmas season.
