CSI..CSI..CSI

Temper's the one thing you can't get rid of, by losing it -Dr. Buddy Rydell (from the movie Anger Management)

Today I feel like writing about one of my favourite TV show Crime Scene Investigation, which sometimes proof that you don't need to add too much recipe of sexually explicit to make a good series..good. Among the thre CSI's team..(Las Vegas, New York and Miami) I like to watch the original CSI (the Las Vegas team) and the second spin off of the series..the New York team mainly because they have a great scripwriter team. They always have a witty way to say things..they don't know everything and they act like human with mistake..fear and laughter. Which sadly is missing from all the too serious too good team of CSI Miami, Horatio Cane being the main always knowing character are just too good to be true and the script lack the punch that make CSI the original such an adorable series.

The guy..(I'm refereing to Horatio Cane here) is always too serious, no joking around..which I get, they need a superior whom people can take seriously but to always know things, figuring the right things and always seeing the right clue when no one else did are just out of believable realms. The character are to calm even when in most desperate hours. Like yesterday..they got a bomb in a car which is their garage eith 4 minutes before blow up..and what did Mr know everything did..he drive the care to the beach and walk out from it..very slowly, very calm and just wear his sunglasses when the car exploded right behind him. He didn't even care to duck in the safest place in case one of the car's door or glasses flew across. How unrealistic is that?

Thankfully his counterpart in Las Vegas and New York doesn't have his extra ordinary ability of being correct and calm.

For me a good drama consist of good script then good acting. If the script were bad in the first place even Al Pacino can't save the day. Sadly enough our own product lack that. We don't have a team of people dedicated in presenting punching lines in drama or film. Sometimes it just dreadfully boring or just plain unnatural..anyone thinks the police in Gerak Khas were cool? Plain school children script, and when they do try to be funny why is it have to be like some bad joke. Can't they be jus witty and smart?

Take Ocean's 13 for example..there are a scene where Danny Ocean (the good looking George Clooney) and Rusty Ryan (the adorable Brad Pitt) were suppose to discuss their plan but Danny was watching Oprah and was crying (the macho guy + Oprah..hehehe)..Rusy wanted to laugh but after watching the show..he started to sob as well..and the two of them just stand there watching and sobing, they don't have to be funny but the scene was.
