A Nation with unanswerable question

A wise man can learn more from a foolish question than a fool can learn from a wise answer - Bruce Lee

I need to vent my liver!. Okay here's the thing, I've been trying to get information on a few things from a few people in the government agencies. I wrote letters, email and even telephoning the person but and the end what I end up is basically my question. Nobody seems to hold any answer, I either get unanswered email and letter or I get forward to people which in the end just hang me out there without any concrete answer.

I'm trying to solve the mysteries of universe here. All I need is a little bit information on jobs and training but I get thrown in a loop which end up looking like Gordian knot. All this lead me to once simple conclusion, we have a nation of government servant who are lazy to answer question. I really don't see the need for them to have a contact us form or email address if the result is simply silence.

Which reminds me, I  always can write to any agencies in UK and get a prompt answer. They always have someone ready to solve your problem.

I remembered reading about the answer from Sainsbury's manager to a 3 year old who questioned them about why certain bread is  call tiger bread instead of giraffe bread because the is shape more like a giraffe than a tiger. Funnily enough, the manager took notice of the 3 year old question about bread name and took time to answer her. Do you think our store manager will answer a 3 year old questioning about bread name. I can't even get an government agency which core activity is training people to give me a correct information on a training slide.

You can read about Lily Robinson letter to Sainsbury's here
