I ran into this problem on one of my Magento Commerce site, tried all the solution like clearing var and tmp files but the problem still exist. This happen three times and the only solution is to contact my shared hosting company and tell them to solve the issue by clearing 'their' disk space. There really is nothing you can do on your side of things if your site is hosted on some shared hosting server.
Of course of your site is running on different server package then you might one to try the other solution given here by other users like increasing your disk space limit.

i have tried CT STOP & CT OFF n sent to 2000/20000
Both doesnt work.
i just try to send by typing the ID its realy worked..tq so much
