I'm back...It's been almost 10 years since my last post which was in 2017 (okay 8 years to be exact), a lot have changed in my life since then. No longer the almost broke student. Got a steady job and quite an income. The job comes with some perks of travelling sometimes.
Truth be told, I don't think people will read blog post anymore. Search engines algoritm which directs to blog post is not longer functioning. Heck..even normal search engine is fried, all you got now is some AI summary of advert by company that push their ranking.
I miss the 2000-ish search engine. I miss a lot of things on the internet then, when people use to share things for free, when web services are not subscription. When you can jailbrake or download almost anything.
Nowadays all tech bros care about is trying to become the next billionaire. It's just a different era and as someone who was alive when Alta Vista was the talk of town, I get that pang of nostalgia when I can't no longer search things as I used to.
I guess that is what makes me wanted to write again. To share again like I used too.. just for the fun of it.
