What's the Fuss

If money be not thy servant, it will be thy master. The covetous man cannot so properly be said to possess wealth, as that may be said to possess him- Francis Bacon

For a person who is not a government servant, I don't really get all this fuss about twice a month salary payment system. What different does it make if you get your salary in two parts per month or one lump sum at the end of the month. It still amount the same. It's not like they are cutting your salary into half and keep the other half. So what's the big fuss?

Some are complaining that it make it hard for them to pay for installment and all other payments at the end of the month since you will be getting only a partial of you salary. For some who are very intelligent...they are quite stupid. What so hard about it. When you receive your first salary, keep it in the bank until the end of the month until you get the other half. Now you've got you total salary at the end of the month. (just the way you like it). Then pay whatever devil you have to pay. It it so hard?

It really doesn't make any different if you get your salary as double, triple, quadruple or even decuple (that 10 times) payments per month. Keep it in the bank..and take it out at the end. It really doesn't take a genius to figure it out. Seriously...those 'mat bangla' and Indonesian labour get paid daily, but still the manage to send their money to their family every month. They didn't complain about getting it daily. They know how to use the piggy bank, money box...pillow case...or whatever else you can use to keep your money. Don't tell those smart people in Putrajaya don't know how the bank works.

If these people (the complaining idiots) are to venture into business I' not sure what will happen since you not only have your salary payment chop of to 30 times per month, you can't even get it in a fixed number. It's all up to you to save it and use it wisely.

When it come to salary...it doesn't really matter how many time you get it, the most important of it is how you manage it. People don't get rich by getting money...they get rich by using and saving it wisely. Millionaires have bank accounts that have money it it....

Before you speak, listen. Before you write, think. Before you spend, earn. Before you invest, investigate. Before you criticize, wait. Before you pray, forgive. Before you quit, try. Before you retire, save. Before you die, give.-William A Ward
