If the human brain were so simple that we could understand it, we would be so simple that we couldn't.- Emerson M. Pugh
Read something that I would rate as the funny news of the day (even though it wasn’t today’s news). The AF champ is getting an award for being an excellent youth. What is wrong with out society today? This guy was admitted to an reality TV academy and sat there for three month, every week he would sing, and frankly he wasn’t the best singer in that academy. The only reason he won was based on his huge fan base who didn’t mind spending RM500 to RM 1000 voting for him. If you ask this people about the recent oil increase they will complaint about price hike. (Idiot! is I may say so)
So that guy won and now being awarded as an excellent youth. I never knew that the price of excellent is being a mere singer for three month (yet I don’t think these kids in that academy should be rated as singer at all). Even funnier I quote somebody saying that he was the role model for all the Felda kids ( oh by the way Felda is like a scheme to help the poor by giving them land so they can work on it). Gosh I pity all those doctors, architect, lawyer and engineers and many other successful people who came from Felda. They waste their time and money.
The most ironic part is when he won most of the newspaper put him on the front page, with all the blurt of praising him for being religious and all. With a week long review. Just a few days ago the new winner of ‘musabaqah Al-Quran’ is announced, guest what? the new came out just in a small section on the inside page. One newspaper did put it in front but with a small review section. Told their name and that’s all and it was only for a day. I will never understand. If we really want to praise the religious that I guess the winner of ‘musabaqah Al-Quran’ deserve it more.
